Mango & turmeric smoothie

A golden blend that’s creamy, tropical, and anti-inflammatory, ideal for post-workout recovery or glowing skin support.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (~30g)

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • ¼ cup high-protein yoghurt

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 tsp flax or chia seeds

  • Optional: squeeze of lime

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass or smoothie bowl and garnish with coconut flakes or mango chunks if desired.
