An Embodied Hatha Yoga & Kundalini Energy Flow Activation Journey
Saturday, 23rd May - 11am - 1:30pm at Our Yoga Space, Mosman
Through breath, embodied Hatha yoga, and guided Kundalini activation, this experience gently opens the body and creates space for release, awareness, and inner connection. A space to let go, tune in, and awaken what’s already within you.

A gentle, heart-centred journey through breath, movement, and sound. This women-only experience weaves together embodied Hatha yoga, crystal bowl sound healing, and heart-focused energy work to support deep rest, softening, and reconnection.
