I offer personalised, nutrition-led support for women in their 30s and 40s who want to reclaim their energy, support hormonal balance, and feel at home in their bodies again.

My work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition, with nervous-system regulation and mindful movement integrated to support real, embodied change, not just intellectual understanding.

All sessions are delivered online via video call. I work with women worldwide and I am based in Sydney, Australia.

Because hormonal and metabolic health often shift gradually, all clients begin with a two-session support package, allowing space for clarity, integration, and refinement as your body responds.


The Nourish with Deb Method

All consultations are guided by the Nourish with Deb Method, a holistic, integrative approach that supports hormonal and metabolic health while honouring the body’s natural rhythms.

Rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation, this method looks at how nutrition, stress, lifestyle, and internal signals interact over time, creating the conditions for sustainable change.

The method is built on three interconnected foundations:

🌿 Nourishment

Balanced, whole-food nutrition to support blood sugar stability, reduce inflammation, and provide the building blocks for hormonal and metabolic health, without restriction or rigid rules.

🌊 Regulation

Support for the nervous system through lifestyle rhythms and gentle regulation tools. When helpful, this may include optional breathwork, somatic practices, or gentle yoga-based movement, offered as short recordings you can return to in your own time.

🌸 Reconnection

Cycle awareness and mindful yoga-based movement to help you tune into your body’s signals and respond with clarity, trust, and care.

Together, these foundations support change that feels sustainable, embodied, and responsive to your real life.

🌺 Two-Session Support Package - $350 AUD

Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

A comprehensive session where we explore:

  • Your health history and current symptoms

  • Menstrual cycle patterns or life stage (if relevant)

  • Energy levels, stress, sleep, and daily rhythms

  • Nutrition habits, blood-sugar patterns, and your relationship with food

You’ll receive:

  • A clear understanding of what may be influencing your hormones and energy

  • A personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan grounded in the Nourish with Deb Method

  • Practical steps you can begin applying straight away

  • Optional regulation tools to support nervous-system balance alongside your nutrition plan

Follow-Up Consultation (45 minutes)

Scheduled after you’ve had time to implement your plan, this session supports:

  • Reviewing progress and symptom changes

  • Refining nutrition and lifestyle strategies

  • Supporting nervous-system regulation as new habits settle

  • Answering questions and troubleshooting challenges

🪷 Optional Ongoing Support - $120 AUD per session

While clarity is an important first step, meaningful change is supported through consistency and accountability over time.

Many women find that booking additional follow-up sessions helps them stay supported as their body responds, their cycle changes, and new habits take root. These sessions provide space to review progress, refine strategies, and address challenges as they arise, helping changes feel more sustainable and integrated.

Additional follow-up sessions can be booked as needed, allowing support to remain flexible while still providing structure and continuity. We’ll discuss whether ongoing support feels helpful for you during your follow-up session.
