Cacao, walnut & almond bliss balls

A rich, chocolatey snack, high in healthy fats, naturally sweetened, and perfect for a clean-energy treat with a touch of indulgence.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw almonds

  • ½ cup raw walnuts

  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 8 medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Add almonds and walnuts to a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground.

Add dates, cacao, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt. Blend until mixture sticks together — it should be soft and rollable.

Roll into 10 even balls. Dust lightly with extra cacao or roll in finely chopped nuts (optional).

Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
